Sunstorm got rereleased last year and it gave TF fans the chance to get this iconic figure for a good price. I only say iconic because he's been made out to be quite a significant character in the TF universe, even though he's just a brief fabrication by the now defunct Dreamwave. I could still remember trying to beg one of my friends to sell me his extra E-Hobby Sunstorm for $100… knowing that I'd even pay $150. Well now I got him for $60 shipped so that's that.
The Highs:
- High quality build; great materials & paint apps used during production.
- Highly articulating core figure.
- Amor looks awesome in both full combat mode and exposed mode.
- Lots of accessories.
- Figure can be had for a great clearance price.
The Mids:
- Matte finish looks clean & refined, but it also looks rather bland (colorless).
- An awesome figure that's totally out of scale with other Macross toys.
The Lows:
- Attaching the armor almost completely inhibits the figure's poseability.

Yeah, my Super Ostrich came in the mail yesterday! These V2 1/60 VF-1s are the best looking and most fun Macross products from Yamato yet. For a more detailed review of the V2 mold, please read my VE-1 Elint Seeker review. There are no differences between these VF-1s except for accessories, color, and head (and a bulkier cockpit for 2-seaters).

Divebomb is a "Red Baron" repaint of ROTF Ransack. Although the real Red Baron plane was a tri-plane and not a bi-plane (and it had German insignias vs. Decepticon), it's still nostalgic looking enough to warrant a purchase. For a more detailed review of the mold, please read Ransack's Review.

Everybody's busy these days… or maybe not; but anyways, I came up with a quick and "painless" recipe that will give you plenty of energy and make you feel full while you do what you do. I was sick and tired of boiling noodles, eating bread, and chomping on fruits as I waste my free time away playing videogames non-stop. Soon I was getting headaches from the lack of nutrients and sleep. Well I can forget about sleep because I gotta work during the day; so here goes a brainless recipe that won't take too much time away from your gaming.

The Highs:
- Huge variety of weapons/items to choose from.
- Very cute graphics.
- Lots of missions and side missions.
- Addictive gameplay.
- Seamlessly integrates action-shooting with role-playing.
The Mids:
- Lots of different environments… most of them barren.
- Insane fun with multiplayer… dull & boring at times with single player.
The Lows:
- Limited dialogs & character interactions hinder role-playing experience.
- Plot is an afterthought compared to gameplay.

I picked this kit up from a local toy store on the weekend for $60 (total); my original Energon Superion had looked like a robotic amputee for long enough. The concept is simple; make a custom set of hands and feet that will fit Superion, and do it in a way that the separate pieces can give a distinctive look to the separated jet vehicles. When it comes to a FansProject production though, the set is also an exceptional example of their design skills and quality of production.
