Baked garlic is awesome; it's full of flavor and versatility. You can eat it by itself or use it as a spread for meats and other dishes. Not only is it simple to make, it's also super nutritious… the only drawback is bad breath.

Leeks and chicken go great together in a variety of stews, so I decided to create a version of my own. Instead of a hearty stew with potatoes, this version uses enoki mushrooms instead. The stew isn't as thick as most stews and can be eaten like a soup. Tired of eating chicken? This recipe can also be used with pork, mutton, or plain-old tofu instead.

Remember films like Shaft, Mandingo, Super Fly, and Dolemite? They were movies in a genre called blaxploitation that emerged out of the 70s. Black Dynamite is a brilliantly made new film that pays homage to the genre. The actors/writers and directors of this film aren't well known for any critically acclaimed works… but they should have everyone's attention now.
